Bay Appliance Repair

Gene showed up early for our appointment (bonus points), swapped out some broken parts with spares in his truck, ran some more trouble shooting, followed by a quick run to a supplier for a part he doesn't carry with him, and in 45 minutes my refrigerator was back up and running.

Kudos to the man for being polite, extremely efficient, knowledgeable and informative about the work he was doing for me.

Jean who does the repairs is polite, efficient and a nice guy.  Christine his wife who answers the phone is sincere and sweet.  My stove was fixed quickly.  The darn stove had a broken igniter and broiler since the beginning. He ordered the parts and fixed it in no time flat.  They always worked with my schedule and arrived on time.  There is a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. I'm so glad I didn't have to go through all the expense and effort of having to get a new stove. I'd use them again if I had problems with my fridge, washer and dryer or any other appliance. I Don't know why there are ANY bad reviews.

Very quick response, prompt service call and excellent customer service. Gene, the repairman, was a real star as he zeroed in on the problem with my fridge and, although he couldn't promise the fix would last a lifetime (what does), he assured me that for the $160 they charged (including the $65 service call they apply to the repair) it may last a few more years. It was worth NOT spending $800-$1000 on a new fridge, not to mention the wait involved in the delivery plus cost. I recommend them highly; they were also helpful on the phone answering questions and letting me know what they can/can't do. They call me that morning about 15 mins. before they arrived to confirm our appt.
